Latcham delivers Mayoral Election Booklets to 700,000 West of England Voters
Our team successfully completed the distribution of candidate information booklets to all 700,000 registered voters across the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) region, ahead of the mayoral election that took place on Thursday, May 1.
Each comprehensive booklet contained essential voting information to help residents understand the electoral process, including polling station details, voting methods, and key dates. The booklet also featured dedicated double-page spreads for each of the six mayoral candidates, giving them equal opportunity to present their platforms, priorities, and vision for the region.
This large-scale print and distribution project demonstrated our expertise in handling sensitive electoral communications with precision and reliability. We utilised our secure production facilities to ensure that all voter information was processed in accordance with data protection regulations.
"Ensuring informed democratic participation is a responsibility we take very seriously," said Mike Hughes, our Managing Director. "Our team worked diligently to produce and deliver these essential voter information booklets across Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, and South Gloucestershire."
The WECA mayoral election booklets represented another successful democratic engagement project for us, as we have extensive experience supporting local authorities and electoral bodies with their print and distribution requirements.
