Stronger together – Latcham and Accent
Latcham acquire Accent, an on-demand digital print and creative solutions company, as a key part of expanding the services offered to our customers.
Accent’s offices are based within our digital print facility in South Bristol, and Latcham and Accent have enjoyed a strong relationship for years. As our brands offer complementary services, it only seemed natural to take our relationship to the next level. We’re happy to announce that our on-boarding of Accent is now complete. Accent’s systems have been fully integrated into our own, and our branding is now visible on Accent’s website and properties.
Bringing Accent under the Latcham umbrella has enabled us to deepen both our digital and print presence. In particular, this partnership brings added capacity and agility to handle the requirements of small and medium-sized organisations due to Accent’s speciality in on-demand creative design and printing.
Accent specialises in providing these on-demand print solutions with a fast turnaround. For print, Accent can often deliver to businesses in their brand-new electric van within the same day. As well as printing, Accent brings an impressive suite of other skills, particularly creative design, marketing tools and print management.
Latcham managing director Mike Hughes said: “Latcham is delighted to acquire Accent to our high performing team and portfolio of solutions. Latcham has enormous opportunity ahead of us, and our employees have been at the heart of our success, so we were excited to add the talent and experience of the Accent team. So far, the convergence of digital printing and personalisation technology has allowed Accent and Latcham to share some of the benefits of investments in high-quality digital printing technology, such as the Canon C850, Canon i300 and Ricoh IP5000.”
Juergen May, Head of On-Demand Print Solutions commented “becoming part of Latcham has enabled us to bring in new technologies, helping to ensure our customers have access to an increased range of services. And importantly, Latcham also has the same values as Accent, which place both employees and customers front and centre of all that we do, making this a great cultural fit too.”
The shared vision of Latcham and Accent to drive innovation underlines their strong commitment to the print sector and recognises the pivotal role that personalised and digital communication increasingly plays in achieving customer and client engagement. Both companies will draw on their combined decades of experience, to continue to push the boundaries and tailor unique solutions to deliver to the market.
